Tryout App is a service for running youth sports tryouts. This page explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Coach account information (name, email) for sign-in.
- Player registration data submitted by parents (player name, date of birth, parent contact).
- Payment information processed by Stripe — we never see card numbers.
How we use it
- To run the tryout you registered for and notify you of results.
- To send acceptance, waitlist, or cut emails on behalf of the coach.
- To process payments when a tryout has a fee.
Who we share with
Player registration data is shared only with the coach running the tryout you registered for. We do not sell data to third parties.
